Procedure

Then, with very fine needles, the serum will be injected into the treatment area. Most patients experience no more than a pinch, and the entire appointment is typically made in about 30 minutes. A single appointment is usually all that is needed for optimal results.

Results, Recovery, and Aftercare

Does DAXXIFY treatment hurt?

Very minimal discomfort is reported among most patients who use DAXXIFY. A slight pinch at the injection site is the most common sensation.

What are the risks associated with DAXXIFY?

Minor side effects are similar to other injectables and include injection site redness or swelling. More serious but very rare risks include headache or allergic reaction to the formula.

Is DAXXIFY permanent? How often should I schedule follow-up DAXXIFY treatments?

DAXXIFY is not permanent. However, since it typically lasts six to nine months, follow-up treatments can be spaced out around every 6 to 12 months.

Can I get DAXXIFY injections while pregnant or breastfeeding?
